For the last 3 days I have been demonstrating for a company called Craft Habitat at the Pins and Needles Show at Gosforth Park race course near Newcastle Upon Tyne. Craft Habitat specialise in die cutting machines and dies, as well as inks, punches and beautiful papers. This is one of the cards that I made. I used one of the new Spellbinders M-Bossabilities folders, Marianne dies and a punch. I coloured the whole thing with distress inks and added some sparkle with Stickles glitter glue. Hope you like it, let me know.

    Hi Sue,

Like your card. Did you put the doily in the m-bossabilities folder seperatly? Or did you stick in on first en then put the whole thing in?

Anyway like the glitters. Very fond of the sparkly things. I can’t make a card whithout sticking those gemthingys on.

    Greatings,
    Inge

      Hi Inge
Glad you liked it. Yes I did cut the shape out first and embossed both pieces separately. The next one I did I cut and reassembled and put into the embossing folder together so that the pattern matched. When you are talking and demonstrating the thought process is sometimes a bit slow! It was great fun playing with all the Nellie Snellen frames. I already had a few but bought another one and several other frames and flowers as well. I just copied some of the previous demonstrators samples and developed my own style. They have asked me to go to Belffast at the end of April to demo again. Have never been so said yes. Feeling a bit poorly today, so have been back to sleep for a few hours. Starting to feel a bit better. Probably overtired with doing 2 shows in quick succession. I didn’t have any gems but if I had they would have gone on!
      Thanks for lookinf and sharing
      Suex

I'd love to know what you think. So leave me a comment. Sue x
